 Bluesea power panel

Mad Dog Voyager, a CR Yachts 400DS sailboat, is outfitted with 2 breaker power panels by Bluesea (We replaced the original small 18 circuit power panel installed by the manufacturer CR Yachts with 2 new panels because we needed more breakers for our equipment).
 
 
 
Bluesea power panel - click on photo for larger imageProduct review: Nice panel, dumb layout (rear of power panel) for installing any Bluesea power panel. It would be nice if the people that design equipment are also required to install them in various applications.
Pros: Solid built and nice finish
Cons: The layout on the back of the panel sucks big time! You can not cut a nice square hole to fit the unit in because the manufacturer did not allow enough space around the border on the panel. You need to cut a custom "free-hand" hole with little tabs in the wood to make it fit. The areas where the screws go to keep the Bluesea panel in place are way to close to the edge of the wood otherwise!
